Innoval Technology was formed in 2003 by people from Alcan's Banbury Research Centre. We are still based in Banbury in the UK, but we occupy new premises and we are completely independent. The company is owned by its employees, which means we are really passionate about our work. There is no venture capital involved.

The core team of 26 people provides expertise in a wide range of technical disciplines. Our practical experience is varied, with most people having worked on automotive, aerospace, building and packaging products.

We combine all of this in multi-disciplinary teams to help our customers get the most from their materials and processes.
