Advanced Manufacturing Methods introduces several well-known techniques for process improvement. The tutors have had years of experience in successfully applying these techniques in the aluminium industry, so they are well placed to offer practical advice to delegates.

• The Basics of Lean

Data Measurement, Data Analysis, Process Improvement using Statistics and Statistically Designed Experiments are modules designed for graduates in an engineering or science discipline who have responsibility for process outputs.

Six Sigma for Managers and The Basics of Lean aim to provide Managers with the background information they need to understand these two very effective improvement techniques. Please note, however, that these two modules are not aimed at Six Sigma or Lean practicioners as they only give an overview.

We try to restrict the attendance to a maximum of 8 people, to allow ample time for questions and discussion.
