How we were involved

The Mergers and Acquisitions division of Hypo Alpe Adria approached us to carry out technical audits on a rolling facility and a group of packaging plants in Croatia and Poland.

Following visits to each factory, we gave our expert opinion on the technical standard and competitiveness of each plant, as well as advice on a series of proposed investments.

If a client, such as Hypo Alpe Adria, is looking for an independent, honest and technically accurate account of the current state of an operation and of its future potential, we can help.

By conducting technical audits, our team of industry experts will identify if the equipment a client is about to invest in is capable of supplying the target markets, both in terms of production capacity and product quality. We’ll also look at safety and environmental aspects, as well as assessing the capability of the staff and reviewing the process documentation.

This case study appears as an article in the 2011 edition of ‘innform’; the newsletter of Innoval Technology.

We approached Innoval Technology because we needed an independent assessment by a team of experts who could completely understand the equipment and the products. The technical audits were carried out quickly and efficiently by four of Innoval’s consultants over the space of two weeks. Their advice and opinions enabled us to make our decisions with confidence.
